RESERVATIONS AND ARRIVAL NOTICE:

1.    All reservations must be sent 24 in advance to guarantee room readiness

2.    Guaranteed check-in time is 4PM and check out time is at 11AM

3.    In our efforts to take care of our residents, guests, and employees - Every guest checking in will be screened with our state-of-the-art thermal camera to ensure there are no symptoms of COVID-19, such as high fever. If during the screening, the guests displays high fever, a secondary test will be performed. If the secondary test confirms the symptom, the guest will not be checked-in and will be referred to the nearest emergency room for COVID-19 testing

4. Face coverings are required in all common areas including the lobby, elevators and hallways.

Corona Virus (COVID-19) Cleaning and Sanitization Process

Cleanliness and safety are always a top priority at AYP Rentals Properties. As such, our team has developed new practices that achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19) and in line with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation recommended safety measures.

CDC Approved Cleaning Agents

Cleaners are trained in CDC cleaning procedures along with the use of CDC recommended cleaning agents, which are known to kill all known pathogens, including Corona Virus. All high touch surfaces including countertops, door handles, light switches, faucets and sinks are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Sanitization of ALL Bedding & Linens

All AYP Rentals properties will use standardized linens, bedding and towels. ALL linens and towels will be removed, sanitized and professionally laundered between guest arrivals. No back-up linens or blankets will be stored in closets. Protective pillow covers are cleaned and sanitized for additional safety. (If guests are concerned, they may want to bring their own personal pillows for added safety.)

Re-wash Dinnerware

Housekeepers will re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. (Guests who are concerned may wish to re-wash pots and pans or utensils prior to use).

Self Check-In

All contracts will be signed electronically prior to arrival and enhanced direct check-in procedures will allow guests to self check-in to their vacation rental.
