  The Condo was very nice with a beautiful view. The "hotel" charges $40 resort fee but only gives you one pass.. so if part of your group want to go to the beach and the other to the pool you have to get towels from the beach and give it to the person who wants to go to the pool. Also I didn't realize we could self park. Only mentions the Valet for $35/ day. We ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom our last night and the 'hotel' would not give us any.

  Very nice appartement, curated decoration and several little attentions like pods for washing machine or dish washer and some fresh drinks in the fridge were very appreciated.
  The view is also amazing, to be fair not fully front (rather side view) and oriented North but still really beautiful.
  Alfonso (agency contact) has been extremely helpful and allowed us for a late check out.
  3 watch outs:
  - common areas start to be old fashioned and not necessarily well maintained
  - breakfast at the restaurant (9th floor, the only one available in the building for a proper breakfast) is awfully expensive for not such great quality nor service
  - we’ve been penalized by an extra charge at the valet parking because we asked our car at 13.00 (given that we had late check out) and the price is giving from 12.00 to 12.00. Honestly I felt it was very dishonest and the lady at reception didn’t want to hear anything about it. Really not a nice way to finish our stay ...

  We booked this location one day before arrival since our previous rental cancelled on us unexpectedly. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was since we did not have a lot of time to do research. It was a great location, amazing view, nice beach, and beautiful pool. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked except for pot holders and dish towels. We had an issue with the air conditioner and I contacted the owner and got a response back quickly along with the solution. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

  Loved the condo space and balcony - plus the Nepresso too! Pool was nice with the cabana beds, hot tub, great cafe food/drinks - awesome spa - get the massage!! Great beds, big closets, beautiful kitchen and cozy living room - the BALCONY was lovely and the view! The bad - dreaded the elevators - always delays or outages. Valet was a bit of a mess - had us going up and down elevators to get something out of car because they couldn't use the elevators, which as mentioned earlier were slow. Keys were messed-up but we got that corrected. Skimpy on wash cloths, bath towels, and no kitchen towel/wash rag or dish soap. The beach chairs were about 1/4 mile down the beach, not in front of the condo building :-(
  They provided extra towels the next day and very helpful overall! Enjoyed a wonderful vaca with friends!! Issues were really minor in the vaca!

  This rental had a beautiful view, was very clean and quiet, had updated top of the line appliances, and was spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is about 30-45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and 45-60 minutes from Miami. Great restaurants and shopping within a few miles. If/when I visit Florida again I will plan to stay here.

  We’ve stayed at the Hyde before different unit and really enjoy the facilities. This time in this particular unit the AC broke on our send day but they really went over and beyond to help with the situation. Offering a free night and getting us fans and whatever else. It was fixed 2 days later.

  Fue increible nuestra experinecia.Excelente deparatmento con todas las comodidaes necesarias. Hermosa vista, muy limpio, comodos dormitorios, camas espectaculares. Facil acceso a la playa. Los unico problemas que tuvimos fueron que los ascensores estan completamente sobrepasados y eso hace que hay momentos de epsra de 15 minutos. Lo otro la atencion en la playa, puntualmente el encargado un frances que no hacia muy agradable la estancia. saludos
