The O. Reserve is located in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, spreads out in the heart of the new “American Riviera.” Steps from Sunny Isles Beach itself, and a few miles from the famous Aventura Mall, the resort allows guests to enjoy all of Miami’s outdoor fun, sun and surf and still get some serious shopping done, too.

A fully renovated one bedroom unit, this Sunny Isles Beach vacation condo boasts a full 1,005 square feet of space and a striking direct view of the Ocean from the west side of Collins Avenue. Likewise, views of the Heritage Park where the Sunny Isles Beach Jazz Festival takes place each year can be seen from the other side, and the condo is fully furnished.

Modern design, elegantly decorated and ultimately comfortable, this is one of the only privately owned condos in the O. Reserve complex presently for rent to the general public. It’s also one of our most popular Sunny Isles Beach properties.

With access to the entire property, and some of Miami’s most striking beaches, this is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area’s most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even for Miami business travelers. It’s prominently located mid-way between Fort Lauderdale and South Beach and, as such, it’s a great location for anyone traveling to south Florida.

Corona Virus (COVID-19) Cleaning and Sanitization Process

Cleanliness and safety are always a top priority at AYP Rentals Properties. As such, our team has developed new practices that achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19) and in line with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation recommended safety measures.

CDC Approved Cleaning Agents

Cleaners are trained in CDC cleaning procedures along with the use of CDC recommended cleaning agents, which are known to kill all known pathogens, including Corona Virus. All high touch surfaces including countertops, door handles, light switches, faucets and sinks are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Sanitization of ALL Bedding & Linens

All AYP Rentals properties will use standardized linens, bedding and towels. ALL linens and towels will be removed, sanitized and professionally laundered between guest arrivals. No back-up linens or blankets will be stored in closets. Protective pillow covers are cleaned and sanitized for additional safety. (If guests are concerned, they may want to bring their own personal pillows for added safety.)

Re-wash Dinnerware

Housekeepers will re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. (Guests who are concerned may wish to re-wash pots and pans or utensils prior to use).

Self Check-In

All contracts will be signed electronically prior to arrival and enhanced direct check-in procedures will allow guests to self check-in to their vacation rental.

Practice social distancing (6 ft)
Wash your hands often - regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
Avoid Contact - Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Wear a face covering in public

  We've been going to this condo for several years now, because simply put, it's the best in terms of quality accomodations, and ease of travel to Fort Lauderdale, and to Haulover Beach and Miami.   This property looks even better in person than in the photos. Property management responded quickly to questions, building management was professional and courteous. Property amenities were clean and maintained satisfactorily. TV’s were relatively new and worked well, with upgraded cable and dvr. The bed is extremely soft, but it worked well for me, and was actually great for my back!

  Esta a minutos caminando de la playa, la piscina casi nadie la usa, es muy tranquilo.
  Los sistemas de seguridad funcionan!
  Los puestos de estacionamiento me resultaron muy cómodos también.
  Tuvimos una estadía corta pero confortable.
  Los talles, limpieza etcétera del apartamento en particular estaba todo muy bien!
  La única sugerencia en cuanto al departamento es que a.i la cama tuviese un colchón de mejor calidad sería absolutamente impecable.
