Some of the magnificent features of this guard-gated community include a luxurious water park pool and clubhouse with fountains, water-slide, and a hot tub lagoon spa. The amazing clubhouse over-looking the pool has a game room, HD movie theater, state of the art fitness center, and has billiards tables, and a video game area, a sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, high definition surround sound movie theater, and other outdoor recreational activities such as outdoor poolside ping pong, all surrounding the heated Double Olympic Size Swimming Pool with water-slide! The clubhouse and lagoon hot tub area are set next to a beautiful wetlands area, amidst lush tropical landscaping throughout the whole resort. Play outdoor ping pong next to the amazing resort pool, or play golf at one of the many Orlando championship courses, we're right next door to Mystic Dunes!

There’s more! resort recreation area, has lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball, lighted basketball courts, as well as a newly opened golf practice putting/chipping green area.   The property was located close to parks in a nice community and had everything needed for a wonderful stay, however the gnat and mold infestation ruined it for us. We couldn’t prepare food or coffee without having someone constantly swatting the gnats away.
  Other reviews mentioned this, but we trusted the management’s word they had addressed the problem when they replied to those reviews. This was not the case. The smell of mold in the master bedroom and bath was overwhelming. There was a pungent smell. Black Mold was along the living room windows and patio glass door. We bought several fly ribbon traps to try to manage the gnat problem, but every morning there were more. Unfortunately, the safe was also broken.

  Other than the damp mildew smell (which almost all Florida rentals have) it was fantastic. Clean, themed perfectly, communication was great. We even had a grocery delivery without zero issues. This is our third time renting at Windsor and we always enjoy it. Oh, my only complaint is with the resort pool.

  Location was great, pool was nice although splash pad water was too cold to play in. Unit had a musty/wet smell and felt damp. It made all of our clothes smell. I washed some of our clothes and the washer left rust stains on our clothing. Master bedroom sheets and blanket had small blood stains which also had to be washed. Close, easy drive to Disney but glad we were only there a few days.

  I was very skeptical about staying off property from Disney but the location and amenities of this property has changed my mind. We were located outside of the hustle and bustle of Orlando but close to all the theme parks we were visiting and more. We had a group of 8 (4adults and 4 kids) and we fit perfectly at this unit. The pool was spacious but could of been heated like it had been stated. All in all this was a great vacation unit for our family and yours.

  The property was a great location and the resort itself was good. The beds were comfortable. The rental was only clean on main surfaces such as counters and toilets but not that well. It could stand to deep cleaned, very dusty. The ceiling allows you to hear everything going on, so we heard every move of the people above us, kept us up until 2 am one night. The rental is kept at 74 degrees so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. We tried to turn it down but it’s set to stay at 74. They A/C unit broke as well, so it was extremely hot for a few days but even after replacement it stayed at 74. The manager was very responsive when messaged about items and very helpful. The size is great for families lots of room, minus the front room sofa is very small and it’s extremely uncomfortable. The property location was great only 15 min to Disney World.

  Upon our arrival, we were greeted at the front gate. The check in into the resort is quite strict but this is why the resort is top notch and safe! After that, getting into the actual unit was quick and easy. The apartment was nicely furnished with a minimalist approach with finishes. It’s not crowded with stuff and it’s so much open space. The patio was a plus. The resort’s pool, splash pad, and slides were unmatched. It was cool, especially at night during our stay but the pool was heated, very heated and was so comfortable upon getting upon getting in. The host was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating when asked questions and we needed an extra day. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own washcloths and towels as there are not enough. Also, if your stay is long, get your own toiletries. Walmart is literally 3 minutes away! Disney was extremely close as well.

  The townhouse was very nice and well kept. But... not enough furniure in the main room for 6 people to sit.
  also not enough tables in bed rooms. on our last day we ran out of toilet paper in 1 bathroom and there were NO spare rolls. There was not local cable tv... and in one of the rooms the tv would not connect to Tivo or roku or anything like that. The pool was great and very nice slides. the place was very clean but could have used a bit more furniture

  When we arrived, we found the apartment meticulously cleaned and ready for occupancy. The provided kitchenware included everything we would need and then some. Plasticware for children and china for adults made it easy to prepare meals. Sufficient quantities were on hand so that dishes did not need to be done after every meal. Load the dishwasher and run it every several days, if you like. The beds were very comfortable and linens were in good condition. The beach towels provided allowed you to use them at the pool leaving the good towels in the apartment. The few problems that arose during our 5 week stay were resolved quickly.

  Found and booked on Homeaway. Wanted a lower cost option vs staying at a Disney resort hotel. We definitely made the correct choice. Windsor Hills is a great community for adults and kids. The pool and club house area is awesome. AYP Rentals (Condo owner) was great to work with. The condo was perfect for my wife and I, Son and his wife and two girls.

  Windsor Hills is an amazing community! Loved my stay. The condo was very spacious. Alfonzo was amazing to work with. He was so attentive to my every need. He even called me back when he was on vacation! The people I met at Windsor Hills were so friendly. The location was great as it was just a few miles from all the attractions, and there are restaurants of all kinds close by as well. I hope to come back next year and would recommend this condo and community.
