Some of the magnificent features of this guard-gated community include a luxurious water park pool and clubhouse with fountains, water-slide, and a hot tub lagoon spa. The amazing clubhouse over-looking the pool has a game room, HD movie theater, state of the art fitness center, billiards tables, a video game area, a sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, high definition surround sound movie theater, and other outdoor recreational activities such as outdoor poolside ping pong, all surrounding the heated Double Olympic Size Swimming Pool with water-slide! The clubhouse and lagoon hot tub area are set next to a beautiful wetlands area, amidst lush tropical landscaping throughout the whole resort. Play outdoor ping pong next to the amazing resort pool, or play golf at one of the many Orlando championship courses, we're right next door to Mystic Dunes!

  We loved our condo. Spacious and clean. Great for our family of 4. Our two daughters loved the decor and having their own space with room and separate bathroom. We had everything we needed. Walking distance to the pool. Close to attractions and grocery. AYP friendly and quickly responded to our needs. Would difinitly visit again.

  Great location to Disney! Walmart to shop, pool steps away, quiet and comfortable Rental company very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is that the hot water isn’t hot enough for our taste and you can only get in merge two showers before you have to wait for it to warm back up ( small condo water heaters). Otherwise highly recommend!

  We loved our stay here! It was so clean and nice and just steps from the pool. At $99/night it made our Disney trip way more affordable and it was more space than we’d ever have at a Disney hotel. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, and I was able to do multiple loads of laundry. The staff was responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to the area. Terrific!

  We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was a very close drive to Disneyworld. There was a new WalMart on the corner that was very handy to buy food and supplies. Very close to many different types of restaurants as well.
  The condo itself was clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cutlery...almost everything you could think of. Beds were very comfortable as well. The pool area was very nice and staff were friendly. Would recommend staying here to anyone. We would definitely rent again.
