Corona Virus (COVID-19) Cleaning and Sanitization Process

Cleanliness and safety are always a top priority at AYP Rentals Properties. As such, our team has developed new practices that achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19) and in line with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation recommended safety measures.

CDC Approved Cleaning Agents

Cleaners are trained in CDC cleaning procedures along with the use of CDC recommended cleaning agents, which are known to kill all known pathogens, including Corona Virus. All high touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, and remote controls are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Sanitization of ALL Bedding & Linens

All AYP Rentals properties will use standardized linens, bedding and towels. ALL linens and towels will be removed, sanitized and professionally laundered between guest arrivals. No back-up linens or blankets will be stored in closets. Protective pillow covers are cleaned and sanitized for additional safety. (If guests are concerned, they may want to bring their own personal pillows for added safety.)

Re-wash Dinnerware

Housekeepers will re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. (Guests who are concerned may wish to re-wash pots and pans or utensils prior to use).

Extended Time Between Guest Check-Ins for Sanitization & Cleaning

AYP Rentals is employing an extended disinfection period of 48 hours between each departure and arrival. Cleaners are trained in CDC cleaning processes and are using CDC recommended cleaning agents.

Self Check-In

All contracts will be signed electronically prior to arrival and enhanced direct check-in procedures will allow guests to self check-in to their vacation rental.

    It was very clean and in a great location. I do suggest fixing the cabinet in the kitchen, the blind in the double bedroom, as the light comes in to the bedroom early in the morning, and the no hot water issue for most of our stay. It was also upsetting that we had to wear bracelets throughout the entire stay and we weren't notified about this beforehand. The apartment was spacious and conveniently located to everything we needed.
