    Overall, we had a great two week stay in this unit. Andrea was great with checking in and answering any questions we had. There were some toilet issues and she had someone out immediately to look at them. The unit was very clean on her arrival which is always a bonus. It was nice to have beach towels and beach chairs in the unit for our use. The furniture is a little worn from rental use. The master bedroom king bed is in desperate need of a new mattress as the side my husband slept on has a bid divet in the mattress and the other side the mattress is sloping. OR is a great location with easy beach access and AYP was great to deal with.

    Todo muy bien, solo que nunca nos llevaron el control de la TV del Den.
    Tampoco teníamos jabón y esponja para lavar la loza y yo no quería prender la lavavajillas para 3 platos. Los podía lavar a mano.
    Me hubiera gustado tener un poco más de utensilios en la cocina.
    En general muy bien y bonito!

    Pros: great location, apartment as advertised, bonus twin beds in den effectively made it a 3bdrm, very clean, management company very responsive

    Negative: had very loud upstairs neighbors for roughly 2 weeks. We were told they had 8-10 kids in a 3 bdrm. Heard them running around at all hours of the night. Had called the police multiple times but was told there was nothing that could be done given they owned the unit. Eventually resolved itself, not sure why they left or if this issue would re-emerge in the future. Also has weak WiFi for first 3 days but then they called the cable co and replaced the router and it was fine from that point on

    So overall would recommend but would just clarify that the upstairs neighbors (in 918) have not been causing issues recently before you do.

    I was thrilled to find the den had 2 twin beds, better than having kids share a bed, perfect for our family of 6. It was hard to tell which building this was in when booking, but i was happy to find it in the one closest to the ocean. Three well used beach chair were available to use too loved that . Also it was nice to find that on site there is a store with all the necessities- and basic of food. The place was very clean, and super nice bathrooms. The bed sheets were the only thing not so awesome, they were stained i'm pretty sure they were clean so must be stained, and could use replacing. We loved our stay and would return again another time.

    We spent some fabulous days, enjoying the beaches, shopping and visits to the city.
    The location and the spaciousness of the apartment is what I liked the most.
