  We very much like this rental. It is well equipped and well located in a safe neighborhood. The pool (60') is big and clean. The beach is an easy 8 minutes walk from the condo and so does a good grocery. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided, a nice touch!

  The seventh floor condo was spacious and well furnished, but not luxurious by any standard. Parking is limited to one car per unit. The staff was accommodating. Shopping carts are provided for transporting groceries from car to apartment. Very useful. We had one problem: a refrigerator leakage but the leasing agent sent two employees immediately to resolve.

  Lovely place, nice to be able to walk to a great supermarket, restaurants, shopping and the beach. An amazing sunset view from the big balcony. A little minus is, that you do hear the noise from the causeway.

  The only thing I would add is that the kitchen needs to be better equipped, the lighting in the kitchen is very dim and the patio furniture is sparse. There is only 1 table and 5 chairs and the chairs are too low to take advantage of the view. You need chairs that sit high or loungers that sit low, otherwise the patio railing is in your way. We rent a lot of vacation homes and are used to condos being extremely well equipped with kitchen, coolers, beach wear, etc.

  This rental was by far one of the best rental properties I’ve stayed in . I dealt with Alfonso from AYP rentals and he was AMAZING . The batteries went out in the garage opener , I immediately called him and it took him less than 10 minutes to come and replace it . The house was exactly as described . It was furnished nicely, everything was clean and the view was SPECTACULAR . I will definitely continue renting with AYP rentals in the future .
