  My wife and I rented the Golden Bay Club Unit 805 in in May 2023. The experience was great. This is the second time we have rented a condo like this from AYP. The AYP service staffers did a great job. The condo was impeccably clean. When we needed something the AYP folks took great care of us.

  The rental was very pretty and the balcony had a great view. The layout worked out well for our family. Most importantly, our host Andrea was very responsive. There were a few small issues with the rental but as soon as we reached out to Andrea, everything was resolved immediately. We especially liked the proximity to the ocean beaches, restaurants and shopping and Oleta River State Park.

  We arrived at this immaculately clean home and was just taken away with the water views. At night the water with this part of the Miami skyline Had us sitting out on the balcony until bedtime; only to wake and have breakfast there as well.
  The kitchen was well stocked, the living areas were spacious and were the beds and bedrooms.
  If I has to choose one thing “wrong” with this home it would be that there was no fishing allowed.
  This home will always be my Miami preference to stay.

  Pros:
  Place was clean and had a decent kitchen with all utensils needed. View was very nice. Fred the contact was professional and excellent. Beach chairs were excellent. Pool was nice.
  Cons:
  Place has no personality. It was sterile. The parking fee of $35 was not prominently displayed. Pool was under repair for 3 days of the 7 day stay. Really? Get it fixed - hire the proper people not the poor maintenance guy to be a pool repair guy. The threat to vacate the premises by 11am was over the top. How about helping those with late afternoon flights with a changing area and please enjoy the pool or common area until you need to leave. AYP guy with clipboard knocked on our door at 10:45am. Would not go back here.

  We had a fabulous experience in this gorgeous apartment. It was large, clean, and well-maintained. Two bathrooms were great with our two teenagers. The intercoastal view from our balcony was spectacular -- especially at sunset. The pool was delightful and the fitness room was good enough. Our internet was not working when we arrived and our managers did everything in their power to get it up and running again. They were very helpful. The location of the property is good -- 10 minute easy walk to the ocean beach, 5 minute walk to grocery store and lots of eateries. Far from the "action" of South Beach but we did not mind that. The cost of an Uber to South Beach was high, so it might be worthwhile for folks to rent a car if you are at all interested in going out of the neighborhood for meals, etc.
