  We stayed in condo 602 with AYP rentals. Andrea provided amazing service, she was super courteous and was always available for anything we needed!
  
  The condo is beautiful and the views are simply breathtaking! We saw a couple of dolphins from the balcony!
  
  The owner provides fresh clean towels, the bedding is comfortable (Ikea Linens and mattresses) and the appliances are all new in the kitchen. The only thing that didn't work was their TiVo in the living room, during a cold night but the Roku worked.
  
  We loved our stay and will definitely continue to book with AYP! We are very grateful and satisfied with their outstanding services!

  The property was located perfectly for us to visit with family nearby. Some disappointment with sign-ups for exercise space and equipment as numbers are limited to 2 people.   This unit has an unobstructed view of the ICW. The weather was not so great while we were there. But we were able to enjoy the balcony and view because were out of the wind. Th unit was very clean and well equipped with good kitchen utensils. Also, the unit had up-to-date smart TV for streaming on your accounts. This is one first places I have rented that the place was better than the pictures
